Friends first of all i thank everyone 4 showing support. frankly speaking I m also like u guys menu vi gurbani bare zyada gyan heni..The meanings of the verses we can find it on Google ...but what is gonna make this topic really special is we are gonna connect gurbani with our real life stories sharing with each other..If I am wrong anywhere plz do correct me :)

Aaj kal log babeyan de piche badi lagi a...which is wrong Bcz Sade Guru Mahraj ne keha hai ki " Agya bhai Akal ki tabhi chalayo Panth. Sabh Sikhan ko hukam hai Guru manyo Granth." Means for a sikh there is nothing bigger than "Sri Guru Granth Sahib "..there's a lot of awakening needed among us ppl

Alright so before starting...I would like to ask all my friends the most essential question
"Why do we need Gurbani in our life? ?"
We need to have a reason for everything !

The need for Gurbani in our lives is because of the 5 thief's in our lives. ..that control us..

1. Kaam  (lust)
Having prematial n extramarital  affairs
2.krodh (anger )
losing temper
3.lobh  (greed)
being selfish
4.moh  (attachment)
5.hunkar  (ego)
fake pride

We do wrong things n lose ourselves to these 5 thief's Bcz of lack of control ... N we regret many times. .

Gurbani helps us to have more concentration n more calmness in us thus have greater control on ourselves.
