All these users need to be warned, by mods/admins.

So many sections have no mods. Discussion..fun time..

Hun ehdan naa boleyo ki.. mods cant  keep an eye on every thing that happens.. here because menu pataa  already how many useless threads are on here.. jithe u dont even need any kind of iq or surveilence.. dekhan di lorh hi nahi paindi on these threads.

What is with this secrecy between normal mods and local mods or global mods??  Pher kehne on there are soo many cracks on PJ.. IF there are crackks only way to fix these cracks is by allowing all modss who are in control of sectionss to have access to area where all the mods and local mods/global mods sub admins and adminss use.

I can see the bimari of this site easily with a 3rd point of view and all you mods/sub admins/global mods/ local mods couldnt see these bimari for the last 3-4 or even 5 saal?

We can't hate on everything, some fun should be allowed. You can't become so strict that it harms the attitude of the site.

So many sections have no mods. Discussion..fun time..

Every section doesn't need a mod, because every section is not active.
The only sections that have local moderators are the ones where a VIP user has heavy activity in. In all other cases, we have Global Moderators.
It is another problem that Global Mods don't do enough.

I see no problem with the murder topic. If anything that is a topic that showcases how discussions should happen. Free and open to express all viewpoints.

what strictness yaar, u gota look at the topic by its basis. if the topic is serious then u gota show some intiatiev and serious sense. Ofcourse if topic isnt serious then anything can happen.

im a mod of 2 sections hun when i became mod no1 told me what my responsibilites were and no1 gave me any information. A moderator should know who is gettin demoted.. kithe.. what topic is being disgussed where and how.  This creates a big disconnect between mods and people higher up .. now u must have seen the PJ feedback therad. Post number 20 te dhayaan dawo.  Even Sub admin realizes  the problem, but no action has been taken about this situation yet.

yea murder case thread was serious thread and it asked for serous discussion on a sensitive topic.

but still yaar i think more activity from mods is needed.. i see mods/subadminss  posting more on PJ fb.. khilaraa bahla hundaa par kam diyaan gallan te bhot ghat dhyaan.
It would be nice to set roles and responsibilites and tasks to mods and higherups.. That way  you exactly know who is doing what and who is not doin their taskss.

If pj is short on staff, then lets find users that are active  and look at the topics they post more in .. that way responsiblities given to them will keep them interested and they wont go in lazy mode.

Kise sub admin ne halley tak cleanup nahi kitti othe.  It shows, lot of kam de topics are gettin overlooked and bas ignore ho rahe ne.
