For me I'd say its icecream! I love it but I try not eating it as often. Which sucks because we sell icecream so it's in front of me ALLLL the time! Hard to resist. But I remember one of the Carvel Managers telling me that if you have 4 icecreams a week, it actually helps you lose weight. Yupp great tip :)  :excited:
