ਗੁਲਾਬ ਦਾ ਫੁੱਲ- ਚਿਹਰੇ ਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਗੁਲਾਬ ਦੀ ਪੱਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਲਾਭ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਦੋ ਤਿੰਨ ਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਗੁਲਾਬ ਦੇ ਫੁਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੱਤੀਆਂ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਬਗੈਰ ਮਲਾਈ ਵਾਲੇ ਦੁੱਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਿਉ ਦਿਉ। ਸਵੇਰੇ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਥੋੜੀ ਨਮਕ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਬਰੀਕ ਪੇਸਟ ਬਣਾ ਲਉ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੰਦਨ ਪਾਉਡਰ ਜਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਦੋ ਬੂੰਦਾ ਚੰਦਨ ਦੇ ਤੇਲ ਮਿਲਾ ਕੇ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਗਰਦਨ ਤੇ ਲਗਾਵੋ। ਅੱਧੇ ਘੰਟੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਨਾਲ ਧੋ ਲਵੋ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਫਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਤਿੰਨ ਵਾਰ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਨਾਲ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਖਿਲ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਗੇਂਦੇ ਦਾ ਫੁੱਲ- 2 ਲੀਟਰ ਪਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਚ ਦੀ ਬਰਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਓ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਗੇਂਦੇ ਦੀ ਪੱਤੀਆਂ ਤੋੜ ਕੇ ਪਾਉ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਤੇਜ ਧੁੱਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖ ਦਿਉ। ਦੂਜੇ ਦਿਨ ਉਹ ਪੱਤੀਆਂ ਕੱਢ ਕੇ ਦੂਜੀ ਪੱਤੀਆਂ ਪਾਉ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ 15 ਦਿਨ ਤੱਕ ਰੋਜ ਪੱਤੀਆਂ ਬਦਲੋ। ਫਿਰ ਇਸ ਪਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਛੰਨ ਕੇ ਫ੍ਰਿਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖ ਲਵੋ।

ਇਸ ਪਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਜ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਤੇ ਰੁਹ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਾਉ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਓਪਨ ਪੋਰਸ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਛੁਟਕਾਰਾ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਦੇ ਦਾਗ ਧੱਬੇ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਛੁਟਕਾਰਾ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ।

tun kutt khaani aa lagda mere ton........ tere naa chehre te saare flowers da paste banaa ke lagaa denaa...te mudke...kaalakh naal muh kaala kar denaa wekhi tun :angr: :angr: :hehe: :hehe: :hehe:
