The reasons are as following:

1) Most of single women feel lonely after feb 14 and they want someone :P

2) Candies and chocolates and also rose are on sale so its cheaper to ask a girl on feb15 rather then feb 14

3) Moreover no reservations needed on feb 14

4) Chance are pretty high that the girl you love say "yes" on feb 15 cuz of their self esteem
