PJ Promotions: Jhanda Amli and MarjaniHeer

A lot of our current mods and admins are very busy with their lives, so the time has come to appoint the next generation of mods and admins.


Jhanda Amli - Sub Admin - Smartest person on PJ (uhhh maybe after Kohinoor). Jhanda Amli is so active and so fast that he reports anything wrong in PJ before anybody else. If I have done some stuff right in the past, half that stuff is probably because of Jhanda Amli's help (the other half is probably Kohinoor's help lol). He's like my secretary that I never had (OK... maybe Kohinoor is also my secretary, but she's more P.A.). His fault sometimes is that he's overly judgmental (i.e. quick to judge). If there is one thing I'm afraid it is that I'm afraid he'll ban a person before considering all sides (which can be disastrous). So if Jhanda Amli can let the trigger-finger itch not get to his head, we will see a great Administrator on the rise. Sometimes I feel Jhanda Amli is PJ's life. Thanks bro for all your useful posts, reports, requests, suggestions, etc.

Marjani Heer - Global Mod - 20,000 posts wow. Ehde hathan te keyboard de keys shap gaye hone hun tak. Eh kudi te jaroor PJ da bhoot sawar hoya, ja PJ utte ehda bhoot sawar hoya. One thing I like about her is she's religious, and along religion come morals. We need more people that set the example for others. As a suggestion, I think she should reduce the fun time topic replies and focus more on productive topics, where something can be taught and learned. As moderators and admins of Punjabi Janta, it is our duty to share with users stuff that makes sense, and stuff that creates good human beings. I hope I'm not asking too much when I say this.



Last request to all officials, we need help in Chat, because these days we have no chat mods there. We might need more chat mods, if you have suggestions, let us know.
