rule 1 and 4 has lot of flaws.

I think every1 should be warned.. doesnt matter if they are new or old.

Now about rule 4.. gota think more on this

Rules sare vadya ne, =D>
BUT menu lgda ki only old members nu nai even new members nu warn kita jaye
cz old members nu ta pata ae rules bare, ki spam ya abuse ni krna bt new members nu nahi jada pata hunda,
so ek dum ban karan nalo vadya ae ki ek vaar auhna nu keha jaye, baki je na hatan fer no lihaaj :-)

is this forum can be used to find like minded people like who thinks khalistan.. a land for khalsas must be a reality............ to be clear i dont have any extreme views to attain it but my view is to create it with peaceful means......

Enne mod te adm hage ithe je ohna nu lagda koi spam karda oh delete kar sakde aa us post nu. mod te adm banan faida hi ki a je unna ne kuch karna nahi

if a user post a serious topic he should put [srs] tag in topic name so that other can knw abt it from topic name and dont evn think of spamming in it..

First of all thanx to rahul bro for providing something on this matter and also to others who helped in it =D> =D> =D> =D> gd job

1. New PJ users with multiple spam posts just to increase the thread/post count can get an instant ban depending on the type of content posted
My View-: Yep it's a good policy to stop unneceesary posting in topics as this will help server to be more active and will reduce network traffic, but can we think about other side of this that the topics about which we r talking here for spamming are the back bone of post(forum).Bulk of the post are done in these topics such as

http://punjabijanta.com/pj-games/tusi-kis-nu-like-karde-aa-pj-te/
http://punjabijanta.com/pj-games/which-pj-member-yu-miss-u-riyt-now/

and many more if we will restrict users to a limit of posting to avoid spamming we can loose a bulk of (user) posting n most important intrest of users as they r adicted of posting in PJ-Games section so i think we should re think about this

2. Old PJ users such as PJ Ghabru/PJ Pari profiles will go through a first warning before they get a ban on their account.
My view-: I totaly disagree with this rule. As Pj's signature says jntaa di pasand , I think on pj every user is equaly important no matter he/she is a mod,sub-admin,admin,pj gabru/mutiyaar or a Freshy(new user).So if pj stadff is giving 1 warning to any of the pj gabru/mutiyaar same should be done in matched circumstances for a new user.

3. Spamming in some serious threads can lead to 2 days ban after warning to Old PJ users and 5 days ban for swearing or any abusive language used against anyone.
My View-:It's a good one as Jatt mullapuria had already given a idea that author should put a serious notation tag on that post which he/she dnt wanna get ruined by spammers. but if someone does over rule this notation he she should be banned from forums not a over all ban because i think a total ban is too tough for this.Abusing someone is a serious and a on going matter on pj so far i persnly seen some cases on pj where user do abuse and staff just gives them warning there should be a inmediate ban on it.

4. If you get a ban from a particular MOD/Admin/Sub Admin no other person will help you to lift your ban as per new rules.
My View-:again a tough one to take, i think this might get persnl in some cases so there should be some relaxtation for the victim.he/she should be given with a chance to choose upon a person from pj staff/ or a PR(Pj-user-representative, PR can be choosen by pj staff and victim by a common decission) to talk to the particular pj staff member and other staff members to provide what is the truth behind curtains.... and there must be a policy as we should use pj jail/pinjra for this (kade ta mahurat kd dawo esda vi :hehe:) all cases against compalaints should be taken their the victim should be given a time slice to give his/her view and pj staff should anounce the decision after listening both parties

5. Discussion thread will now be made after someone gets a ban , thread will usually be made by the Staff who banned the other user and Again it can be Locked under few circumstances.
My View-: What is the need of saying some one srry i did it accidentaly after shooting :pagel: same goes here if discussion topic will be made after ban it will just lead to a situation of total mess-uup, some of the other pj user who r frnds of that particular banned user will just put their best to get their frnd out of this ban no matter what it takes as we can learn this from many of the previous examples. so rather making disscussion topic after ban why don't we use idea given in 4th issue by me.
