Adminis/Mods demoted

I had discussed with Nadeem to further clean up the useless list of admins and mods that currently are in the staff, here are some of the changes we've made:

To do this move, we've demoted to PJ Gabru/Pariya, the following admins/mods:
Deepi (she has confirmed to me that she does not have enough time to come online, but will continue to come to PJ when she has time, so she has asked to be demoted)
~PunjabiKudi~ (she has confirmed to me that she does not want to come back to PJ)
Punjaban Kurhi (she has confirmed to me that she does not want to come back to PJ)
wasim (he's not currently in Punjab right now, he will be back soon, and he will be back in moderator when he comes back)

Jaroori Soochi: Koi gal kehn ton pehla eh jaan layo ke jado vi sade purana MOD/ADMIN vapas aunda hai, ohnu asin jaroor vapas MOD/ADMIN bana devange.  Par jehde member auna nahi chaunde, ja kisey vajah naal nahi aa rahe, ohna nu temporarily asin demote kar ditta hai.

Ehna di jagah hauli hauli asin lokan nu promote kari javange.  Jidda sade navey bande kam sikhde ne.  Ess tareeke naal nave bandeya nu mauka miluga kuch kar ke dikhaun da.  Tusi khud dekh rahe ho kaun ki kuch kar reha hai.

Asin puraniya gallan bhulake, aggey val dekhde hoye, eh kadam chuk rahe han.  Te aas karde han ke asin aggey jakey hor dost banayiye te kamjaab website bana sakiye.
