Discussion - Attitude and Talent

I really loved this video.
Main point of the video is - Talent has its limits; but it is the work ethics or (attitude towards a situation) that differentiate the greatest from the crowd.

- And adding more to that is never be afraid of failure - This is the time when you attitude comes into play.

Well I definitely think and have seen that attitude plays a equal if not more role in sucess of any person. There are many people with great talents but bad attitude who sit at the bottom of the corporate ... and medium talent guys with good attitude flourish very well ...

Good attitude lets us accept our mistakes and learn from it.
It helps recognize our weakness and complement them with someting/someone else so that we dont fail.
Good attitude will make others help you if they can.
+ gazillion more things that I cant remeber right now.

As it is said - Your attitude decides your altitude!!!

Hanji Sahi aaji.. :)
We use the term Aptitude for talent in psychology.
So its always kind of debate between Aptitude and Attitude..
But Like We can say if we want anyone to be successful then 15% Aptitude counts and 85% Attitude counts..
I can give number of examples.. like Your in particular profession or studies but u use the word crap for it all the time and don't have positive attitude towards that then it hard to be successful in that field..
So Attitude is ur hardwork and Aptitude is ur intelligence..And Wriiten tests r kind of Aptitude test and Interviews are more based on Attitude.. :)

Well I can give way long lecture over this topic..becoz its related to psychology :hehe:, Baki Harshe Bhogle tah sade time de cricket commentator ne so sade vichar bahut milde ne :hehe:

And for Titli Sweetie..Its Aptitude + Attitude = Altitude.. :)

Who says that Mass production means doing work inefficiently, this is again ur hard work, sometimes you wont be able to do even little wotk efficiently..And Mass Production is kind of term for goods or other object it cant be  used particularly for human psychology or  Miss Pooja's hard work.. :happy:
