those pills have so many side effects too. weight gain, and literally mucks up your system, and you want to take those to make your hair grow longer? :

 i have verrrry long hair, almost down to my rear end. today, i went to go get a hair cut and i told my hairdresser to just cut enough off to take off the dead ends. she took off about 5 inches of hair. i was kinda upset, but it had to come off. now that my ends are split-end free and very healthy looking, what are some easy ways to maintain my new healthy hair.
by the way, my hair is still veryy very long.
