agar tusi thick n soft krne hair the best way is through diet, some foods you can eat that are really good for your hair are avocado (jina jyada kauge ohna hi wadia, edha mask bnaa kar vi laga sakde hairs te for direct impact ! :ok:   ), pumpkin seeds, almonds, bell peppers, yogurt - purane times ch kio maava (moms) apa nu dahi naal nilaunde c? cus its really good for your hair and body, tusi jad hair wash krne aa...after shampooing put dahi on ur scalp and ends for 10 15 minutes and leave it. murke wash krleo n your hair's going to be very healthy and moisturized. thodi scalp the pH balance reset kar dinda agar yogurt nal wash karo which will help produce new hairs :ok: , spinach (aka saag jina marji khao ohna faideman) , guava's (dekya india ehne amrood hunde, tahi desii a de baal ehne lambe a :ok: proven fact ) , iron fortified cereal- only 100% whole grain without gluten and fructose etc. has to say 100% whole grain, cinnamon - put it in chaa or food, eggs - agar mask bnakar lgona oh vi kr skde, direct hair nu jyada faida houga :ok: !

Make sure normal oiling use karde tusi and don't use any harsh chemical shampoos. use baby shampoo johnson vala jo meh upar dikaya. agar lavender nai use krna u can buy the regular one. Also try not to use too much heat on your hair and gel products.

eh sab karke dekho pehla. report back to me after 2-3 weeks. I'll tell you right now, your not going to see instant results, its going to take time. So change your diet, try not to eat oily/junk food. Introduce more greens and organic foods, try to stay away from meats. Eat more nuts like almonds and peanuts and walnuts. Eat a lot of yogurt, chaye dahi khao ya fer odi lassi bnake peevo, avocado n eggs da mask bnakar directly lga sakde for 2 hours or if u dnt have time 30 mins. Roz 1 avocado khaya karo, i promise you, you'll see results within the month.

Eh sab karke dekho, sorry for the long post, and make sure you exercise. Getting rid of toxins in your body helps your cells regenerate and drink a lot of water. Jina jyada pani pioooge ohni sheti toxins niklan ge, ohni sheeti hair grow karn geh :ok:
