Aho, Powerlifter de weight lighting tips utte likhi aa.  Ehde vich tuhanu daseya javega ke kehda tel kadon kehde patt te launa hai.  Ehde vich eh vi daseya geya hai ke kis din nahauna hai, te kis din mooh nahi dhona. Spread the word.

lol hahaha this sounds like this book is written by an old friend of us ;-) yaad aai raano kine aa sariya tips likhiya ho sakdiya ne ;-) lol i m sure u know it very well whom i m talkin about gs :-)
