jihdi chanani mainu mantar mughad kare,
tare kion ohde laage ho ho behnde,
vekh vekh mera eh dil chndra hauke bhare,
ma ni ma iss chann da haar bana de,
pake mere gal vich ehnu,meri rooh tak chamka de,
ehnu la mastak te mere,mainu maharaaj bana de,
meri kalgi vich ehnu ''kehenoor '' vaang saza de,
ma ni ma chann mainu dorN takke,takk takk jawe door,
puch ta ohnu sufne mere kahtoN karda choor,
achanchet jehe chanani ohdi, pai c jo mere tan te,
aje v kheeva ose nashe vich, ghateya nahi saroor,
ma ni ma mere lekh badal de, je chann mera hove,
chanani ohdi har pal bas meri akh samove,
saar ki jana mai agle jaman di,
har sah manga uss nu mai,ohda har pal mera hove.
