Uzr aane mein b hai aur bulate b nahi

Baais-e-tarq-e-mulaqat batate b nahi

Khoob parda hai k chilman se lage baithe hain

Saaf chhupte b nahi saamne aatey b nahi

Dekhte hi mujhe mehfil me ye irshaad hua

Kaun shakhs hai ise log uthate b nahi



Kalam uthaya hai lafz nahi milta,

jisko dhund rahe hain vo shaks nahi milta,

phirte hain wo zamane ki talaash me,

bas humare liye unhe waqt nahi milta.
