Ik Raat si mere ishq wargi,
Ik Chann si ohdi shakal warga,
Ik Badal si wich opera jeha,
Ik tara si mere dil warga,
Badal ne akhir nu chann luko liya,
Us tare da kisse ne Sajjan kho liya,
Chann jad badal de vich poori tarah luk gaya,
Bina chandni to akhir oh tara tut gaya,
Holi holi karke pher raat mukk gayi,
Meri bhi ishq wali gal muk gayi,
Hun bhi oh chann kiniyan te apni chandni sutda hai,
Par afsos hun roz raat nu ik nava tara tutda hai........
