bahut log hay lakin sub se yaari waalay hay punjabi

angrezi suno to lagta hay koee paththar maar raha ho
lakin dil main khushi hoti hay sun kar zabaan punjabi

pakistani zabaan hay urdu lakin bade log boltay hay punjabi
hindustani punjabi aisi meethii hay jaisay hay pakastani punjabi

punjabi k harf gurmukhi main hotay hay
lakin urdu main bhi likhi jaati hay punjabi

log to bahot hay duneya mey
lakin khullay dil waaley hamesha hotay hay punjabi

hindustani pakistani khaany badi kism k hay
lakin sub se achcha swaadi khaana hay punjabi

seekhee hain badi zabaanain hum nay duniya kee
lakin sab se achchi lagtee hay bachpan kee punjabi.
