This topic is here cuz we r Indians and sanu apne india de Flag de colors tan pta aa but many of us don't know its signficance so just few lines ..

Our national flag is righty called ticolour.the rectangular triclor has three horizontal stris equal in shape and size.

the stripe on the top is saffron in color and stands for sacrifice and gallantary,

the middle strip is white and has navy blue wheel with 24 spokes at the centre.This stands for non stop movement,progress and contunuity,

The third lowest dark green stripe represents life, productivity and wealth, the tricolour is hoisted on all national festivals.It is lowered and flown at half-mast on death of a dignitary.The tricolour symbolizes the ideas and desires of our country.
