Spirituality nu define krna bahut bahut bahut aukha hai. esnu asin ik word, chaar panj lines, 2-3 essays wich define nahi kar sakde. esnu define krn layi Jesus Christ te mansoor sooli utte charh gaye, esnu define karn layi Bible, Quran,bhagwadh Gita, Guru Granth sahib te hor kayi granth,kitaban,articles har samhe mutabik shappde rhe. esnu define karn de layi Guru nanak sahib ne sari zindagi lga ditti, along with 9 more gurus. esnu define karn layi guru granth sahib wich 52 saints di baani darj hai te ohna ton baad vi pata nahi kinhe ke jeev spirituality di definition labhde rehe te labh rhe ne.

par spirituality, kitaban wich qaid nahi ho sakdi. je eda ho skda hunda tan ajj tak jinhe v granth shapp chuke ne, jini es uutte research ho chuuki hai, sari duniya nu esda jwaab mil jana chahida si. asaliyat te ehi hai k esdi definition kudrat di har harkat wich shuppi hoyi hai. eh kitaban wichon padhan nalon apne aap da ek personal experience hai, jo har insaan apni life de wich kade na kade jrur krda hai.

jiwe bache school wich jad padh de ne, tan ohna de layi ik khaas uniform tyaar kiti jandi hai. ous uniform da maksad sirf ehi hunda hai k, bache aapas wich koi v kise v trah da bhed-bhaav na karn, na hi oh ameer- greeb dekhan... te os time ohna nu eni samjh nahi hundi k jaat-paat de bare sochan.. ehna cheezan nu shuru ton hi dooor karn layi school wich uniform di jrurat paindi hai. jo bache school nu poori changi trah serious lainde han te wadiya trah pass hunde han. oh fer college/universities wich chale jande han. othe koi v uniform nai hundi kyun k ohna da maksad sirf education dena hunda hai. othe kise kisam da bhed bhav nai hunda, jehde bache oh sabak school ch hi sikh lainde han. (jithe changiyan cheezan hon, othe marhian honia v lazmi hai, is lai asin ohna wall nahi jaawange.es poori gal de asal udesh wall di hi gal krange)

bilkul ose trah, religion ik school da kam karda hai. har religion de wakho wakh uniform (signs= to present ) ne. religions kaafi time pehlan de bane hoye ne. os time te eni technology nahi si k sari duniya nu nakshe utte taareya jaawe. lok ese dar kr k jyada door nahi san jande. jo jande san oh poori tyaari nal jande si. tan jo wapis aun da raah v yaad rakh skan te wapis apne shehar,pind wich pahunch skan. es lai jyadatar lokan da smooh ikatha hi rehnda si. ohna samhean de wich hi dharam or religions di shuruwaat hoyi , k jine lok sade aas paas disde ne, ehna wichon koi ameer -greeb da farq na dekhe, ous samhe jaat-paat bahut ghat si. pehlan lokan nu ameeri -gareebi nal hi dekhya janda si. jaat-paat, got, eh sabh te baad ch lokan ne apne aap hi de laye. religions wich life nu kiwe jeena hai, kehri kehri cheez galat hai te ki sahi hai eh sikhaya janda si, tan jo lok asal sach nu jaanan layi tyaar ho jaan. oh sach spirituality hai. spirituality = apne aap di pehchaan karni.
apne aap nu jaan'na. k asin kaun hhaan? te kithon aaye han? te kithe jaawange??

spirituality, ik university /college hai, jo lok dharam ton uppar uthke, osde sikhaye raahan nu samjhke( na ke ratte maar ke), sach nu jaan skiye. jeev-aatma(human spirit) de hath wich kujh nahi hai. sabh kujh ous ik parmatma de hath wich hai. jad osnu lagda hai ke jeev-aatma, sach nu jaanan layi tyaar ho chukki hai tan oh khud hi kise pehlan hi rabb nu paa chukki jeevatma wich beth ke, os kol guru(master,teacher) de roop ch aa pahunchda hai.

duniya wich hoye har mahapurkh/sant-mahatma ne apni sari zindagi de anubhav,experience , apo apnia baania wich likh ditte. tan jo ohna ton baad diya aun walia peediyan ohnanu as a reference lai ke apne-aap da safar shuru kr skan. bahut kitaban-grantha wich likheya hai ke har ek sant mahatma da ik past si, te har chor,thagg etc rabb de pyaarean di sangat kar k, santa mahatmawan di birti wich aa skda hai..

Punjabijanta utte jine vi santa-mahatma de bare information ikathi kiti gayi hai, sari es topic de wich update kr ditti jawegi..kujh k santa diyan jeevania already ithe post kitia gayian.. ohna sabh nu... ethe update kr dittian jaangia....

Ik chinese film ch ik kung- fu master apne chele nu ik gall kehnda k " tu doosre to rasta zaroor puch par puchan to baad ohnu bhull ja te apna rasta aap bna" spirituality bare v eh gall kahi ja sakdi. "har banda apne aap vich ik vakhra sansaar hai, jine manukh onne hi sansaar ne" (sant singh ji maskeen)
