Mizoram Special 1.Koat PithaIngredients3nos Bananas (over ripen & mashed) 1cup Rice flour 1/2cup Grated jaggery Oil for frying Method -Take the jaggery and mashed bananas together in a bowl, mix well. Add in the rice flour and mix everything to make a smooth batter. Heat oil for deepfrying in high flame, put the flame in simmer. Drop a spoon of this mixture to oil and fry until they turns golden brown. Drain the excess of oil with a paper towel. 2. Zu (Tea)Ingredients: 1/2 oz. gin 1/2 oz. light rum 1/2 oz. tequila 1/2 oz. triple sec 1/2 oz. Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka 1 oz. sour mix Cola Mixing instructions:Shake (or stir) all the ingredients except the cola with lots of ice and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with cola and garnish with a lemon wedge.
