nice topic. ive read these things before too. well women.. apne mom ji nu dekh lao.. sanu ina pata nahi chalda coz apa jad apne mom kol hunde sab normal hunda... jad apne gharo bahar ande aa apa desh to door.. fer oh har ik niki niki gal chete andi aa ki kida sanu roti puchde si,bimar hon te kina fikar karde si..sade satt lak jandi da ta ronde si.. women cry..coz they are next to God. they take all the pain and thats why they cry..its not that they just like crying..who is happy to drop off her tears? nice topic

walk karan nal inna fark nahi penda coz its like norman thing..you know u have to change your diet. stop taking anything that is sweet.( sugar - Fructose + surcose) eh cheez tuhanu sida mota kardia ne.. even if u take a single biscuit a day u will see there no difference in ur weight coz it wont let u loose any..ive learnt these things from my friends and also about these chemical formulas ive learnt in studies though.. well start having fibrous stuff like salads, avoid paronthe and all. exercise karo. like situps and crunches u will definitely loose weight. hope that helps. take care rab rakha..
