yeah u need to be strong whilst on ur diet
i m not fat or anything but i still watch out for my diet
i dnt like anything with oil in it.
most of the time i wnt anything
i have my meals 2 times a day
rat nu 2 roti and sabji
and ya gym ch workout from 1 hours to 2.30 hours
