tusi non veg aa so i can tell you roughly what to eat
Breakfast ch : 2 eggs , a toast ( egg wich pa ke kha sakde aa ) Juice in the morning Lunch to pehla have a fruit / juice Lunch time - healthy as well . say have a chicken / meat / salads no bread ( jida koi salad bowl le gaye ) Evening ch bahut bukh lagdi aa.. par osto pehla like lunch to 2-3 hours baad have Green tea ( fat ghatundi a) after uni say 5-6pm nu bukh lagdi.. replace that with a protein powder or fruit / salad Dinner say 8-9 pm have your normal roti or chawal that you can digest . have a lots of salad with the food. avoid fat wala food. and then mitha = NO because roti = carbs = sugar |
