Nope bro sorry to say but i dont think so its works like that.... use manual mode set the iso as you want the shutter and all ... higher ISO higher shutter.

sometime before taking photos i take some test shoots in Program and then i look at the setting an make necessary changes in the Manual mode as i need them...bcoz too much light and less light becomes problem later... so ISO also help in this... but with higher ISO more grains... :/

so here's my theory:
The guy next to you in the first pic, seems like the same guy in the second pic. So from inference, I can say that at first you tried to wear a pagh (first pic), then your friends helped tie it (second pic). Guess theek aa?
