Ban all his Id's and Stop the registration for new users for 7 days (we might loose 10 new users but clean up junk)
- Or make the registration through Admin/mod approval.
And he knows all the rule why he is given so many chances.
The rule need to changed. - Anyone who is banned shouldn't be kicked out after 3 warnings but after the first warning -- They know the rule why they need so many warnings
P.S. - Negotiations works when the other person listen but he think he is a boss here.
