So the pressure is way more then 1 ATM. So to boil the water you have increase it temperature even more cause of Pv=RT
The temperature required to boil will also be more than 100 C if it the water is not pure (which is never the case) and ocean usually have salt water, so salty or chemical added water will also impact the boiling temperature of water.
