Nalle Ji jennu doubt aa ohnu clear karan davvo.. N no one is fighting anyways.. So If someone has a point of view.. Let them present it.. That wat a Forum means ... Bakki je kesse nu complaint section wich aa discussion bother karde aa teh topic split kar denne aa discussion waste.. Main kehha je tusse bus hukam karoo ji :happy:

Well I just a very general Comment here, it is not directed to anyone and might be 9 of 10 mods will not like this. So my applozies
As a Global Mod, myself, I think that our job is to keep things clean on the Board;
Edit a bad post. Move the post to a right place and all those small fancy stuff.
But when it comes to Decision making regarding what is right or what is wrong, it should be the Admin or the Sub-Admin to make a decision, that is there job. And if the admin says he is Ok with a post. I dont think that we (Mods) should argue with that as in that case he is just making a judgement on his own understanding (which might be wrong)
And for the users, it is not nice to disrepect a Mod as he has a responsibilty towards the forum. Most of the time the argument is always due to the conficts in thoughts. And if you have conflicts, the Mod obviously have a extra power to Ban you, as he might think that you are disturbing the forum enviornment. And then all these fancy stuff like this post starts.
Bakki ji karne teh ethe sariya ne apne marji aa. Main teh ethe sirf apne toughts dusiya, just feel like posting them and I am not against discussions. They are always nice so no disrepect to anyone :)
