it just depends...generally, i don't think there is anything wrong with NRI guy who decides to marry a girl from punjab or NRI girl to marry a guy from Punjab...problems arise when one person of them take advantage of the situation instead of understanding the differences among them considering the environment they grew up in was totally different......I have seen both cases in which NRI marries a person from India (girl or a boy) and it works out great for some and not so much for others :) so it just depends on how the situations are handled

expectations for yourself should be high but from others it should be high enough for them to meet and not tooo high for you to be disappointed at the end... because if there is 0 expectations nothing will get done...either in a business related relation or personal lol
