This could be experimented with, but I don't see a huge need for this.
Anything in "Discussions" forum is pretty much understood to be serious or vicharan-walian-gallan.
When a discussion is seriously off topic, it should be split from the topic, rather than deleted. Deleting people's opinions is very bad.

Lot of topics jehre kam de hunde ne serious. are gettin derailed by random pj de users.
All these users need to be warned, by mods/admins.
We can't hate on everything, some fun should be allowed. You can't become so strict that it harms the attitude of the site. So many sections have no mods. Discussion..fun time..
Every section doesn't need a mod, because every section is not active. The only sections that have local moderators are the ones where a VIP user has heavy activity in. In all other cases, we have Global Moderators. It is another problem that Global Mods don't do enough. Koyi jithon marji jithe marji aa ke gandh pajanda and sara intereste urjanda. (this is not a complaint)
Mera suggestion hega you guys need to appoint mods to all the active sections. Give warning to users jehre gandh paa rahe ne.'

I see no problem with the murder topic. If anything that is a topic that showcases how discussions should happen. Free and open to express all viewpoints. Hun ehdan naa boleyo ki.. mods cant keep an eye on every thing that happens.. here because menu pataa already how many useless threads are on here.. jithe u dont even need any kind of iq or surveilence.. dekhan di lorh hi nahi paindi on these threads.
List such a thread, and we can fix it. Are you talking about those small words reply topics, those are fun to some people. We should definitely delete some of the replies there. ==============
What is with this secrecy between normal mods and local mods or global mods?? Pher kehne on there are soo many cracks on PJ.. IF there are crackks only way to fix these cracks is by allowing all modss who are in control of sectionss to have access to area where all the mods and local mods/global mods sub admins and adminss use.
I can see the bimari of this site easily with a 3rd point of view and all you mods/sub admins/global mods/ local mods couldnt see these bimari for the last 3-4 or even 5 saal?

There is stuff that admins and global mods must discuss in private. A local mod is a person aspiring to become a global mod, so they shouldn't be allowed in there. They must show that they're worth the effort of including them in the Staff.

While the vehicle was found outside a liquor shop and the contractor claimed that they were transferring their own stocks from one place to another but Excise department officials have confirmed to TOI that no pass or permit was found in the vehicle as mandated by the Excise Act. I fixed it. Now that I think about, initially I thought it fixed itself, but then I realized it was fixed because I disabled a rogue add-on in Chrome browser, something that was taking over the scripting/html rendering.
