That's life. Everybody has their choice. Let's say you talk about Babbu Maan, and users start talking about how deodorant is good for your health benefits, then you should "split" that conversation from the topic.

Par I would say having one section only on this similar to pj feedback wala thread. Par lot of people khull ke munn di gal nahi kardi so, as long as u give users indication and acknowledgement of their ideas. i mean every single idea pher ohan nu laggu ga they are playing a part in the operation of this site.
The meeting should be a chat session, not a radio show. Haftawari (weekly) vi jada aa, shayad mahini-bari (monthly) hona chaida. Kiyonki hafte vich ehna vi jada kuch nahi hunda. Ess layi asin agle mahine karde aa mein kehna.

Do not ever delete threads/posts unless it is absolutely necessary (like abuse, porn, or somebody's life depends on it).

This is pretty impossible with the current flash chat system. It doesn't allow easy ways of adding smileys. The only way is to use a different chat system and the other alternative lacks a good PM system in chat. So, this will have to wait.
Thanks for the suggestion though.
