Simply PENDU is right. Users can edit their posts for like 1 hour, so if you accidentally post something bad, you can always edit (VIP users can delete).
Like PENDU said, if people start deleting posts left and right, we get a major problem, stuff doesn't make sense.
There are so many mods/admins, just tell one who you are comfortable with (or one that is your friend), if you want to delete one of your posts.

To australia I guess, but you don't know about America man. 1/3 of our money goes into taxes and funding stupid wars in other countries. About this Indian tax stuff, this is going to be hard to enforce. You have to remember nobody in India pays taxes, except those people that want to be in politics or get government job (even then some don't)
