You have to know there has to be plenty of talented people in that huge population of India. Sad thing is they will never get a shot at what they're good at, because in India, you need to pay to get placement. However, America is different. If you have what it takes, America will give you a shot.

yaar tere graphics skills vadiya, par tun bahut vele aspect ratio'ch mar khaana, you should try to keep the heigh-width ratio of the images. It is ok to have like half the image.

Mein tere idea varey socheya si par kuch jameya ni. jo tun keha, oh tan samjhda mai, par ehnu ik site da hissa banauna bahut aukhi gal hai. Mein dusriya sites te dekheya jina vich eh problem hundi hai, mein dekehya ke oh lok jayada taur te pehli post nu edit karde rehnde, jidda jidda entries ayi jandiya (jaroori ni ke topic poster hi edit kare, hor mods vi edit kar sakde ne). Ehde naal sara kuch sukhe tareeke naal hal ho sakda.
