Reading the chatlog that vick posted, I can understand why vehla_jatt was banned (he was warned in the chatlog and once before on the forum). Sub-admins deserve respect for the service they put in. Regulating chat is no easy task, it takes a lot of tolerance and time to do it. And I'm thankful that Vick showed tolerance and gave warnings before banning. This was something I had asked of him in Sub Admin Promotions. But unfortunately this tolerance was too much to handle. And I admit it is not easy to tolerate. I've been in these situations plenty of times. (Par meinu takaza hai zindagi da ke mein apne ap nu sambhal lehna.) Vicky, we don't want to see you leave, please reconsider and read what all PJ Gabru/Pariya are saying to you. Finally to ravi gill, re-read how vehla_jatt is talking about vick and his family. Mein kuch kehna nahi si tenu ess thread vich, par tun apni display pic vich Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale di photo launa, es layi mein tenu eh likhan lagga ke soch Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale ji ne ki ki keha si ijjat varey (especially dheeyan bheina di). Like Jhanda Amli said, PJ Gabru/Pari have more power over their posts. I remember originally we gave them way too much power, and VIPs started abusing the features, so we took them away. Right now, I would have to check what extra powers we do have for them.
I'm more interested in what do you think??? Should we trust more in our PJ Gabru/Pari?

It's OK that you didn't ask me about this, but going forward, make sure the user has at least 1000 posts. The reason is that PJ Gabru/Pari status relaxes a lot of restrictions, so we must ensure the person is a good forum user.
Thanks for helping out.
BTW, don't start making mods without asking anyone lol, that would be bad! And discuss these kinds of promotions with fellow sub-admins/mods.

Today is a day for another promotion. The last 4 complaints from chat have been from the user, ji. He has volunteered to help keep PJ Chat clean. He has been coming to PJ Chat for a long time, and the best thing is that he has extra time. He participates in forum as well. We hope to take ji's help in keeping PJ Chat a place where Punjabis can communicate, share and live happily.
Our advice to ji is to please be courteous, fair, and helpful to all in chat.

Changes are happening in Punjabi Janta Team Structure, to keep progressing. As we've seen complaints, suggestions in the past few weeks, we are promoting two PJ's moderators to PJ Sub Admins. They're very mature members of PJ Community, and have worked with PJ members and features for a long time. Power Singh Lifter - There is a lot of that happens at PJ that is undercover. Powerlifter has helped in so many open (like PJ Gallery, PJ icons, graphics, suggestions, etc) and other secret ways that it's hard to count. It is time to officially recognize his work for PJ. The best thing about powerlifter is that he's very humble. The Soul Mate - Yaaran da yaar ae, thorha gussa cheti hunda, par meinu vishvas aa Vick di kabiliyat te. He's been the person that uploads to the PJ Chat songs. He also participates in Chat (this help is strongly needed in PJ), and Forum. Only one request to Vick, to try to be fair to all and avoid getting emotional easily. The main objective of these promotions is to have people who can control the PJ site, because other Sub-Admins and I have been very busy with other activities. Hopefully, this will help us all in a positive way. Questions? Comments? Suggestions? All welcome. More promotions coming soon...
