Bro, you're missing out. Doesn't your gurdwara run a projector showing translations of gurbani in english? If not, check out Sikh Sangeet. A lot of Shabad Kirtan that you listen to has translations in English so you can understand what each line means.

Sat Sri Akal mitro, Introducing new feature: Activity StreamI see that PJ has a lot of hidden things happening. Like users rating topics (right above topics), users thanking each other (right next to each message), users creating polls to look for opinions. But this sometimes gets lost in tons of "above you" posts, and shayari, and other posts. So to highlight our users work, we have created the Activity stream to showcase. I'll think of more stuff to add to the stream, feel free to give suggestions, this is only the first version. Gotta think more about this... Thanks.

New Delhi: Sikh terror group Babbar Khalsa has threatened to attack most prominent temples in Himachal Pradesh during the Navaratra festival.
The threat, issued in the name of the group, was received by the Additional Director General of CID.
The letter threatened to hit religious places such as Naina Devi, Brajeshwari Devi temple, Chamunda Devi, Kangra, Jawalamukhi temple.
Meanwhile, the security officials are examining the letter. The security has already been tightened as the auspicious Hindu festival starts next week.
Lakhs of devotees visit these temples during this festive season.
Last month, intelligence agencies had warned of Laskhar-e-Toiba and Babbar Khalsa International joining hands and planning terror attacks across India.
Makes you wonder why it hasn't been picked up by any other news bureaus.

Sat Sri Akal, Recently I heard in the news that the central government revealed Babbar Khalsa's plan to destroy Hindu temples in India. It was very disheartening to hear such a news. I have faith that our Sikhs would do all to against such plans. Now, Senior Sikh Students Federation leader went on PTC to claim that such news are false, and that the central government is doing this to discredit Sikh groups (jathebandiya).
