I've been meaning to bring this up, but was waiting for this whole mess at the moment to get cleared out. You've brought up an excellent point. Right now, the chat ban frame is very short, consisting of only 10 hours. This proves nothing, banda uddan hi dujje din aa ke pher ohi behavior use karda, it has no impact. Ban should be prolonged to 3 days at least then subsequently longer of 7 days. Je banda pher vi na hatte, permanently ban kar dao. At least during that time frame, a person has time to repent over their behavior.
Chat bans were previously for 10 hours, which is way too small. They are now for 2 days. PS: Chat mods please do not unban banned users. You should be very very careful when unbanning users.

I just added scroll bars, such that now it will not be that long. It will have a scroll bar on the right side, which will allow you to see the whole thing.
Also added a link that will make the scroll bars go away!

Post karan nu koi vi kar sakda, especially copy paste (te mein kise te ungli utha ke nahi keh reha), mein apna matlab samjha reha.
Hanji jaroor jehde lok posts karde ne vadia vadia, jida ke Gill Saab, ona layi jaroor koi extra point hona chahida hai. Par oh haje tak mein soch ni sakeya. Granting global mod powers to PJ Gabru/Pariya is the wrong way to approach this. There has to be something special. BTW, think of a name for this new category of people.
Je kise nu koi hor suggestion hove, jaroor dasna. The only good idea I've had was that, we can give special activity stream powers.

A couple of promotions are coming up. But one of them cannot wait any longer. It is for our friend, who nobody can deny. The work she is doing and has done is remarkable. Jatti09 (Desi Jatti/Brain Eater/and various other silly names) - Global Moderator - She is currently at her prime. She has made videos tutorials and videos for our staff. She's using her brain to come up with suggestions rather than eat other's brain on yahoo/msn messengers. A very active member of our forum. The punjabi lok virsa forum shines because of her. The gallery is getting the attention it deserves. Sometimes I randomly search on google and find that our own gallery has the images I'm looking for. Thanks to Jatti09. I hope she continues to be the leader in PJ seva. She has been a member for over a year (Registered July 01, 2009), and we can see that the work she has put in is earning her the respect she deserves. Thanks all.
