Vijay Gohal is a good person. But Ravi Gill exploits other people. He has several supporters/friends that let him use their ids (new and old) to do whatever he wants. In fact, I've seen his IP using a chat mod's username. In today's case of desparation, Ravi Gill used vijay gohal's id. In result, a fair user's id is banned. It is sad, but what can one do.

The matter of fact is that I'm one of those people that hate to ban. I'd rather solve anything without banning. I persuade our admins not to ban, but to resolve, BUT I cannot have Ravi Gill use any id to post pornographic material on PJ. And I cannot ignore what has already happened.

Another observation is that Ravi Gill is nothing but an egotistical maniac. He can make these fake ids, and other ids to come to PJ. But no that's not enough. He must come to proclaim that he is in fact ravi gill, and also cause trouble. You would think that if a person really liked the site, they would just use an alias and keep quiet. But that's not Ravi Gill, that's doesn't stroke his ego enough.

It has been a problem that all the active users in chat (except KohiNoor) are not able to ban users in the forum. This has become a fairly large problem, causing inconsistencies and abuse. Yamla has stood the test of time. He's been with PJ since the start of 2008, and has been a fairly active member. We congratulate him on the position.


Mann Sahib - Sub Admin - This guy is the BOSS of PJ Entertainment Forums, especially Bhangra Videos. I usually just check that section and find out what the latest is in Punjabi Bhangra videos. He's recently agreed to take care of the PJ videos site, and also the Competitions we hold. He's also a great person to stay online on PJ forum. He recently set a PJ record of staying online on PJ for 8 hours. This man defines dedication. He is the one we're proud of. We hope that Mann Sahib stays with us and continue to carry PJ to the top of the top.

I've thought a fair amount about this. We will continue with adding more members to our team and giving more powers; it is really needed. To safeguard PJ is our responsibility (like Kudrat said).

The thing is I've given Ravi Gill way too many chances before. He already thinks whatever happens he can muscle through it, with the support of his friends (who see only good in him), who think there is no way to stop him, thus further inflating his ego. PJ must have banned/unbanned this person about 10+ times, and each time somebody is hurt. Several members have left PJ because of him. I still never understand how people can live with him. I can't always let stuff slide. Enough is enough. I can't let it go this time.
