NO Sub admin should give away private details (especially IP address information) to any user. We, as admins, have a responsibility towards these users, we cannot share their email, ip, or any other detail with any member. Unless Mr Brar, or Gangster Jatt, or any other user, is swearing and creating problems, we should not be "caring" about their IP address or any other details. Simarii, think like this, would you like it if we told users where you were from? Private information should remain private.

There may be one or two winners in each competition. The People pick by voting (that winner gets a PJ award). The Sub Admins (or PJ Awards Team or something) pick between themselves by talking in PJ Chat (that winner gets an award in MAIL). Irada eh aa ke jado tusi kise nu kuch Mail'ch bhejoge, oh bahut vakhra ehsaas hovega, "pj award" vich (jehda ik online pic nahi deh sakdi).

asi competition karaunde aa, te prize ik logo dinde aa ona di profile wastey. Mein sochda si asi game nu thorha hor interesting kar deyiye.
Jida prize di jagah asi ohna nu mail (chithi) payiye jisde vich $5-10 hovan, te oh ohna paiseya da kuch khareedan apne vaaste, te online PJ utte foto pavan ke ki khareedeya.
This is a better way of involving our users into competitions.
Also, I think the winners of this type of prize should be picked by "Sub Admins", so that we don't have cheating in votes.
What do you think?
The original idea was to send a gift (like a bracelet, flower or something)? If you like that better we can do that.

I immediately got banned after this thread nd that mamu guyy didn't.
Both were banned by a subadmin (quote below), but for some reason I see that your ban isn't there. protein and mamu were banned for cursing..
