The staff often disagrees with me regarding this issue, and they can overrule my apology system whenever they want. (They've done that on one occasion.) Capital letters: The capital letters are used to not get any alphabet of the field wrong (especially when processing automated forms such as Teleforms). It is at the expense readability.

The real reason you got banned with all your IDs was I think because you used foul nicknames for that, and the auto detect system banned you.
MORON !! If you really wanted to come and answer me in "kind" then you could've kept an ID similar to your real one like "toxic 2","toxi is back" or whatever the shit you could've come up with.It would have been easier for people to relate to you and your message could have been delivered and you would have not been banned, and if you were then I would have also been banned again along with you.Got it you d**khead ?? !!
On PJ you can make a new ID after a ban, only if you want to justify that you were banned illegibly or you want to confess.
The old report on IceColdRider that you dug up was having a similar case, where I made a new ID to justify an unfair ban on me, to which later Grenade Singh replied.And why would have he not replied you RETARDO ?? Think it over.That is a part of his job !!
