This kind of hurts bro.
On one hand, I believe in freedom of speech, but on the other hand, I hate to see people get offended by posts. I'd recommend that you don't look at the negativity, but look at all the people that have challenged the posts. Isn't that better than keeping all these feelings that people have private or taboo?
Look over the posts and see how others have responded to them. We can't always put a blanket over issues, sometimes it's best to discuss them.

Awall allah noor upaya kudarat k sab bnde ..ek noor te sab jag upjaya kaun balhe ko mande !!
Thanks for posting this. Read gurbani and follow it! Let's look at this topic from another view: Who led the police during the mass human rights violations in 1984 Punjab? KPS Gill - A person that claims to be "Sikh" Who abused, raped and pillaged thousands of Sikhs? Ajit Phoola - A person that claimed to be a "Nihang Sikh leader" So how does this fit your logic? The point is a person cannot be religious and be doing mass evil at the same time. There are evil people in all castes/races. To be religious is to be loving and to live in acceptance of God's will.

I know it's bad to make these comparisons, because it hurts everybody's heart... but check this statistic:
Cost of Royal wedding can feed 168,000,000 children for a day in Africa.

Everything that happens, happens for the good. I'm too small minded and narrow focused to comprehend the big picture.

What's the purpose of this?
It's never Sikh vs Hindu. It is always Sikh vs Evil. Fight... kaam, krodh, lobh, moh, hankar...

there should be right of freedom pj team should not lock topic but if they like it jusy ignore the topic and don`t reply it.....
First, you can get your point across in one topic, multiple topics isn't going to get you more attention. Second, Tezy's point refers to this topic: http://punjabijanta.com/knowledge/why-khalistan-49172/msg528125/?boardseen#new The topic did not need to be locked! I don't understand why you people post the same thing again and again and above doesn't make any sense to me either
It gets posted over and over again, because some people believe that this kind of history of India is being suppressed. Nobody is forced to believe it, and everybody is free to provide a rebuttal (and I'm sure there are plenty). Just like we can post over and over again about how India is a diverse nation with the 7th wonder of the world and how it is the biggest democracy of the world, I think we should be willing to listen to the criticism that comes about India. PS: I don't hate India, I don't love India. I can't hate/love such a big thing. There are aspects that are not likable, like the stuff that Anna Hazare is fighting. And there are aspects that we can commend. Yada Yada.

One of the key things I believe in is freedom of speech. We should let users discuss ideas freely and only moderate ones that go out of bounds (like swearing, hatred, abuse, inappropriate behavior etc). Also, it is very wrong to say this: tu hindu ha i think tht y tannu khalistan di gall sunan vich problum hundi ???? :D: Ehda ni kehna chahida tenu, jad ke bathere sikh hege jehna nu khalistan di gal ni pasand, jida ke Karam veerji. This topic is unlocked. Mods: if you find that somebody is insulting any religion or any member personally, you can edit that post or specially put [ spoiler ] tags around it!

April 26, 2011: Arizona Governor Jan Brewer is deciding on signing a bill to remove Balbir Singh Sodhi’s name from the state’s 9/11 memorial and sell his memorial plaque as scrap metal. Arizona Representative John Kavanagh introduced the bill because Sodhi “was not a 9/11 victim.” In fact, Mr. Kavanagh believes the tragic hate crime was unconnected to 9/11. SALDEF is outraged at the disrespect the Arizona state legislature has shown Mr. Sodhi’s memory, family, and the Sikh American community. The efforts by Mr. Kavanaugh and his colleagues to deny the fact that Mr. Sodhi’s murder was a consequence of 9/11 is completely unfounded, unacceptable, and shows a complete failure in leadership. TAKE ACTION: Sign the petition urging Gov. Brewer to veto the bill

Very sad to see this!
Seven people were arraigned on riot and assault charges Monday for their roles in a vicious turf battle at a Sikh temple in Queens. Assailants wielding cricket bats and small swords disrupted prayer services Sunday morning at the Baba Makhan Shah Lubana Sikh Center in Richmond Hill, police and witnesses said. "I'm going to kill you," defendant Harinder Singh, 47, screamed before punching Joginder Singh in the face, says a criminal complaint filed in Queens Supreme Court. Gurnam Singh, 47, rushed into the temple swinging a stick and lunging at others while religious ceremonies were underway, the complaint says. A cop managed to wrest away the stick before the suspect flailed his arms wildly to prevent being handcuffed, police say. At least one cop was injured. Several of the defendants were charged with disrupting a religious service. Temple President Jarnail Singh said the melee was caused by a dissident group of followers who don't want to see membership rolls opened at the 101st Ave. temple. "We tried to open membership, and a group didn't want it," he said yesterday. "They want to fight it." The dispute is at the center of a pending lawsuit in Queens Supreme Court. The temple president said he hopes the warring factions will let a judge mete out justice instead of resorting to violence. "What the court decides I will believe," he said. "It's his decision." Safari doesn't follow the rules on HTTP in that case, but it works in all other browsers. I need that special case to prevent users for creating problems.
