I don't think, Guruji would have any interest in his land in Pakistan.. He was never in favor of inheritance that's why even GuruGaddi didnt go to his next generation.. Just SGPC will make issue out of it.. Let it be with Pakistan Government and they use it for some good purposes..
Pakistan has PSGPC, which would probably be more interested. If the land can be used, I would hope PSGPC and Pakistan gov't can do some good with it, in honor of Guru Nanak Dev ji.
