I suppose it is understandable why cannibalism was practiced in the earlier days. By necessity in extreme situations of famine, in others lack of knowledge played a great role as well, as it was mentioned earlier, it was practice to eat the dead to obtain their special “abilities.”
“Unfortunately for the weak of heart, we're all descended from cannibals. Recent genetic studies revealed that almost all humans have genes designed to provide immunity to certain diseases which can only be transmitted by eating human brains.”
- yea, I agree. Complete tribes were wiped out due to disease transmitted from eating humans. These types of diseases were spread by something called prions, these are unlike any other infectious dz which is spread by microbes, prions are specific proteins that carry the disease between individuals and cause deterioration of the brain. That’s a little bit of biology for you :pagel:
To practice cannibalism in today’s age would be completely grotesque.

The best I can do is provide random polls each time someone visit a page? Making a index so people can go through polls is a little bit on the harder side? Or the other way is that I can provide links to all the topics that have polls. This way you can see all the topic names and choose to go to the topic that you feel interests you. Let me know what you think?
I like the idea of random poll at each new visit.

Can someone do something about the recent polls, there should be an option where you can shuffle through different polls, presently the it doesn't go away unless you vote ora new poll sprouts, i personally find this very annoying.

If you have to ask, you're not entitled to know. If you don't like the answer, you shouldn't have asked the question. "

why is the girl has to sacrifice and live with the guy's family afterwards... :/
It's quite interesting, how guys insult girls on so many levels, try being in their shoes, especially in our culture.
