That would be a really nice feature, but no I don't have access to it. I don't like swears, but I need them to determine if what the person said is OK or not in PJ's rules.
Isn't there a way the chat log can be saved and instead of posting it every time something happens, just have it as back up, if a question arises, it can be emailed to the administration. OR, create a separate complaint section for the chat which is only accesible to administration. If futher communication needs to proceed, can always resolve by private messaging on the profiles. ????
