Love Pyar / Re: Pehli nazar da pyar

I thought St Augustine in Captain Corelli's Mandolin captured the definition of "love" beautifully.

"Love is a temporary madness. It erupts like an earthquake and then subsides. And when it subsides you have to make a decision. You have to work out whether your roots have become so entwined together that it is inconceivable that you should ever part. Because this is what love is. Love is not breathlessness, it is not excitement, it is not the promulgation of promises of eternal passion. That is just being "in love" which any of us can convince ourselves we are. Love itself is what is left over when being in love has burned away, and this is both an art and a fortunate accident. Your mother and I had it, we had roots that grew towards each other underground, and when all the pretty blossoms had fallen from our branches we found that we were one tree and not two."

Knowledge / Appetite Suppressant

A new weight loss breakthrough allows for the "hunger hormone" in the brain to be controlled by sprinkling patent-pending flavor crystals on everything you eat.

In a clinical study led by Dr. Alan Hirsch, a board-certified neurologist and the nation’s leading authority on the science of smell and taste, 1,436 participants lost an average of 30.5 pounds by using the crystals, called “Tastants”, while the control group gained an average of about 1 pound in the same time period. In a separate double-blind, placebo-controlled study conducted by an independent laboratory and analyzed by BATTS Laboratories, an average of 27.5 pounds were lost while the placebo group gained an average of 0.34 pounds.

What makes the results significant in both studies is that the subjects lost weight simply by adding the Tastants to everything they ate -- without changing their eating habits or exercise routines.

Accidental Discovery Shows Link Between Smell and Weight Loss

It all began with observations made by Dr. Hirsch over the course of his clinical work. He had noticed significant weight gain among patients who suffered severe head trauma and had lost their sense of smell.

He hypothesized that if losing one’s sense of smell resulted in weight gain, an enhanced sense of smell would result in weight loss.

“Contrary to what most people think, hunger is not controlled by your stomach - it's controlled by your brain, specifically the hypothalamus,” Dr. Hirsch explains. And based on findings from the clinical study, he concludes that “certain scents can help set in motion a process that triggers your hypothalamus to send signals telling your body you've had enough to eat.”

"What we've done is found a way to deliver the scents that can be added to food, in the form of flavorless crystals called Tastants, to prevent people from overeating."

The Body Can Naturally Control Hunger & Appetite

There have been many studies on the relationship between sensory perception and appetite, which support Dr. Hirsch’s findings.

One study addresses the link between loss of smell and taste and weight gain, stating that patients with sensory loss “increase their food intake in order to obtain a greater level of sensory stimulation.”1

In essence, these patients have lost their natural ability to feel full and satisfied through the process of tasting their food, so they continue eating.

Sprinkles Used in Study Now Formulated in New Weight Loss Product

After 25 years of intense clinical research and experimenting with various scent combinations, Dr. Hirsch and his team have finally developed what may be the key to permanent weight loss--no stimulants, no drugs or harmful ingredients, no counting calories, and best of all, no change in lifestyle required.

The unique combination of scented, flavorless crystals used in the study is now found in Sensa, the only weight loss system that contains the patent-pending technology.

What do you guys think?

The study findings seem significant, however, I was unable to locate the actual data for the study. I don't know accurate is this article.

Is he still banned?

I feel like this was an unfair ban, as other users that were behaving inappropriately did not get banned in the chat, he was hand picked. If he's still banned - unban him OR ban the other users as well.

baaki Mithi_Kuri needs to explain herself!!!

Note: If any user is mistreated in the chat, complaint kar deya karo. Main site te gaalan kadhan da koyi matlab ni banda, it just makes you look more guilty. And be patient, complaint solve karan nu time te lag hi janda. Sara kuch review karna penda, including chat log and talking to the mod who took action, before coming to a conclusion. Obviously, it's going to take time time, so thanda saah le leya karo.

Love at first sight - Impossible. Oh sirf infatuation hai. You can't truly love someone unless you know him or her. Love upon seeing a gorgeous person is illusive and unlikely. Love entails a deep understanding and caring for a person and how is it possible that you were able to just know, you found that in a mere moment.

- I'll rant some more later
