Jatti Anti Narcotics - How are you planning on achieving a winner from this competition. As the answers are either correct or incorrect (so, the person who gets the most correct answers wins?). How should the users decide, how they need to vote? Will the winner be chosen by user voting?

4. Anyone on PJ can be nominated
