should've defined both terms, but in general, I believe the majority knows what I'm talking about...people often misspell the term college(institution of education).

Yes, but my point was that celebrating over someone's death doesn't seem morally proper, regardless of how horrible of a person he was. Death is nothing to rejoice over!
