Females tend to nit-pick too much and exagerate the unnecessary.
 
Agree, male bosses tend to let slide things a lot more. When they confront you, it's right to the point, dealt with and gone, I can't say the same with the opposite sex, unfortunately.

je adjustment nu saza leke sochna then no one would like to get punished this means no one is going to do that (adjustment).
this is human tendency that how would you behave same u will get in return. If u start relationship and have this pre concept that i m doing adjustment and its like punishment then other end would think same way.
rest, i agree that both parties needs to do adjustment but somewhere its more needed to girl because she is entering into new family and she has to get adjusted to new routine and family values..


so if we want happy n loving relationships in new family we need to come out of this mind set up of " Why only me, ?" rest we all are educated and know that there is no need to exaggerate meaningless day to day family problems..

You put too much emphasis on my "punishment" comment, which wasn't meant to be taken into this context. Nontheless, both parties need to adjust to each other. The girl is going into a new family, a different environment...so, that family needs to help her adjust and give her the time to do so. Same goes for the girl, a group of people have to get used to a stranger being in their house, so, she needs to take it easy as well.

Rahi gall the girl calling her parents and telling them stuff. I don't really see anything wrong with it, if she needs to vent, rather her parents than some outsiders. Baaki, koyi vi maa baap, apni dhee nu eddan di slaah nahi dauga, jihde nal ohde ghar vich kales pawe ja ohda ghar barvaad hove.
