Agree. Nakhro when mods aren't around. Right click on user name and choose ignore, you won't see there comments from there on...

1. My Demotion: I edited nonsense stated by Jeet in one comment, just like I would have done je koyi hor gandh paunda. My mistake was, I didn't use my better jusgement, should havse used a spoiler rather than removing it. Nonetheless, GS was forwarded the entire copy of the post. If everyone feels, I need to be demoted over this, so be it. Just demote me to a regular user! Uddan vi menu provoke karan di pichle kuch hafteya toh koyi kasar nahi chadi, jad oho idea ne kam ni kita, ta aha edit wale di siyapa paya gaya. Menu koyi farak ni paena to how I come on this site, as a regular user or as a mod.
 
2. Jeet's Demotion:  he swore at a user (Jhanda), he was demoted. From the looks of it, seems like both parties da samjhauta ho gaya si they apologised to each other. Jeet should have been promoted to mod, but seems like he doesn't want to be one.
 
 - Why GS messaged Jeet to apologise to Jhanda again? Jeet made a mistake, he asked for an apology. Ehde vich ki galat si, GS's intentions were good. Ehde vich agg laun wali kehdi gall si?
 
3. Allowing access to Users to remove there posts:  If a user wants to remove there posts, let them. Site agge vi chaldi si te vadh vich vi chaldi rehni aa. What are you worried about? Ask the users, if they're ok with it. Which would mean, some of there post count to be diminshed.
 
- The biggest issue that will arise from this is that every time a user leaves, they would want there topics to be removed. I can guarantee that no mod is going to spend there time removing another users topics!!! Giving the user access to delete it would be giving them access to mod controls - which isn't going to be feasible!
