Some issues/Concerns:
1.Communication : There is a big gap. It includes miscommunication among both mods and users.
2. PJ Admin inactivity - big delay on feedback.
3. Mods - I think I can safely say, majority of the mods come here to just have fun and aren't actively doing much for PJ. If that is the case then you don't need to be a mod. Most of the mods have the understanding that they are just here to ban users, which is a part of their responsibility but not all of it. There is extensive work that needs to be done on the site, however, no one actively participates in it.
- Big gap in communication among mods as well!
- Also, from PJ team standpoint, I think we need to clearly state what is expected from a certain mod when we promote them. This way, they are aware of their duties; if expectations aren't met then there is no need for them to sit on the pedestal.
4. User co-operation: Majority of the users a pretty good at co-operating with mods. Still, a little more co-operation is needed, particularly in the forums. When we ask you to do something there is a reason we are asking, if you disagree, please feel free to support your statements.
Users make the site, mods are just here to manage it. We need more ambitious users, who are willing to liven up the forums, with new ideas, topics, etc... At this point, we definitely need someone who is good with computer designing/photo shop. If anyone is interested, please message me.
