Lets try this again. Call this system: Tohar Tohar jado kise di shabashi mildi fer vadh-di, te jado koi Bedagarak kardeve fer ghatdi hai. Chalo vai vadhao mitra di tohar!
Better aa, but still not satisfying...like I said earlier facebook wangu Like/Dislike wala option ni lag sakda? I think that would be much better. There should be a record of who is doing what, otherwise, just a shady system...gol maal hi honi aa... Koyi fayeeda ni haiga. Hun je GS saab kuch karan hi lagge aa Message of the Day vi fix kar dawo or do we have to wait another century?

test karke dekhlo 1 mahinaa, dekhde a ki hunda. Bhachon apne app pata lagju.
Mera idea seega aha thankyou da opposite labhnaa.. na ki new additional feature add karna. And kamliye, bande di aukaat dekh ke nahi koyi thankyou or not-thankyou dinda. Its based on their posts. Ethe jo wi post karda oh apdi aukaat de basis te nahi karda.. They base it on their opinion. And opinion di koyi aukaat nahi hundi.
oh and ek hor gal, Jehre bande nu [Dhanwaad][bedagarak] de comments mil rahe. They should be given some kind of notifications. So duje nu pata lagge kyon ohnu aha mileya and for what.
This has been already tested in the past, as no good results came of it, it was discontinued! Secondly, if you read carefully, Dhanwad/Bedagarak system is called the "aukaat" system - this is what I was referring to... Thirdly, use your head guys, ehda koyi basis hi ni ban reha. There is no record of why someone is thanking someone or why they have disliked something...if this continues, people are going to be misusing this significantly and you're going to have users running confused/aggrevated. GS- if you really want to do something like this, make a system like the Like/Dislike of Facebook. So, there would be a record of who liked/disliked what.

By the way if you want to preserve cut fruit or veggies sprinkle them with lemon juice as the Vitamin C from the lemon juice will reduce oxidation. It also has citric acif which has a low pH, as such it will make it difficult for oxidation to occur.

Ehe sarey BEST ne in their own ways, not one is better than the other: - Desi kaur - this girl is awesome, she's always thinking of ideas to improve PJ and one of the camlest of the global mods and isn't hesistant to act on a situation
- Nek Singh/ Gujr - enha dona de ser te hi chat chaldi, in the past enha ne bathere shittar khade PJ layi. They're both doing a remarkable job.
- Jatt Mullanpuria - sari Radio de jimeywaari mostly ehde ser te aa. Apni responisbility sahi tareeke nal nibha reha, he's working quite hard on improving the radio system.
- Sukhbeer/ Pinka-Bhoond - somehwat inactive these days, but in the past, enha ne vi bahut help kiti PJ di. Sukhbeer was one of the mods who mainly handled the chat. Pinka Bhoond as I like to call him the PJ clown :pagel: as his posts are always quite entertaining. He pretty much helps us maintain the forums.
In closing, I can't say that one is better than the other kiyoon ke enha sareya ne koyi na koyi responisbility sambhi hoyi aa jithe ehe bahut proficiently kam kar rahe ne.

I agree to what you're saying as the Message of the Day suppose to run randomly, it doesn't seem random at all. There are many users on the site who have not even had once chance on this, including me. I have been bugging GS to fix this for a while now and yet in vain. As to creating a thread for the message of the day - it isn't necessary, if the flaw in randomising can be fixed.

What is the basis for this? Absolutely makes no sense. On what account are you utilizing these new features? There is no record of what is being done and on what. So, now you're going to judge people based on their "aukaat"? First, you need to have a more proficient system, as to what you're thanking for and what you're disliking. This is too vague. I would say rather have a Like/Dislike Button on Topics/Posts alone. Users shouldn't be judged on how many likes/dislikes that have. Everyone has difference of opnion, some will like your post and others won't. Some will like it on the pure basis that they are your friends or dislike it simply because they don't like you. So, I say cut out this nonsense. DesiKaur - you can't make a rule where you're asking people to behave "nice" when utilizing this feature. If this was going to work the site wouldn't need mods where users can behave "nice" among each others.

Don't Blame people for Disappointing you, Blame yourself for Expecting too Much from them ..Gud Bye
--♥Taur kaur ♥ at April 11, 2012, 12:57 am
Finally Got a Gud Lesson
people that make your expectations true are the people that actually deserve you, rest are just null...so, don't blame yourself for wanting the best for yourself!

jihde toh tusi expectations rakh de obviosuly that is the person you care for the most, strangers kolo expectations ni hundiya and as such no disappointment - so, what you're asking is just a counter statement...

A freshly-cut apple turns brown, a bicycle fender becomes rusty and a copperpenny suddenly turns green. What do all of these events have in common? They are all examples of a process called oxidation. Oxidation is defined as the interaction between oxygen molecules and all the different substances they may contact, from metal to living tissue. Technically, however, with the discovery of electrons, oxidation came to be more precisely defined as the loss of at least one electron when two or more substances interact. Those substances may or may not include oxygen. (Incidentally, the opposite of oxidation is reduction — the addition of at least one electron when substances come into contact with each other.) Sometimes oxidation is not such a bad thing, as in the formation of super-durable anodized aluminum. Other times, oxidation can be destructive, such as the rusting of an automobile or the spoiling of fresh fruit. When it involves oxygen, the process of oxidation depends on the amount of oxygen present in the air and the nature of the material it touches. True oxidation happens on a molecular level — we only see the large-scale effects as the oxygen causes free radicals on the surface to break away. In the case of fresh fruit, the skin usually provides a barrier against oxidation. This is why most fruits and vegetables arrive in good condition at the grocery store. Once the skin has been broken, however, the individual cells come in direct contact with air and the oxygen molecules start burning them. The result is a form of rust we see as brownish spots or blemishes. Oxidation can also be a problem for car owners, since the outermost layers of paint are constantly exposed to air and water. If the car's outer finish is not protected by a wax coating or polyurethane, the oxygen molecules in the air will eventually start interacting with the paint. As the oxygen burns up the free radicals contained in the paint, the finish becomes duller and duller. Restoration efforts may include removing several layers of affected paint and reapplying a new layer of protectant. This is why professional car detailers recommend at least one layer of wax or other protectant be used every time the car is washed. The secret of preventing oxidation caused by oxygen is to provide a layer of protection between the exposed material and the air. This could mean a wax or polyurethane coating on a car, a layer of paint on metal objects or a quick spray of an anti-oxidant, like lemon juice, on exposed fruit. Destructive oxidation cannot occur if the oxygen cannot penetrate a surface to reach the free radicals it craves. This is why stainless steel doesn't rust and ordinary steel does. The stainless steel has a thin coating of another metal which does not contain free radicals. Regular steel may be painted for protection against oxidation, but oxygen can still exploit any opening, no matter how small. This is why you may find a painted metal bicycle still damaged by rust.

Too many problems from last time with people taking out their dushmani by making other people's karma low. And people getting angry.
Tuhanu hun lagda eh idea vadiya, par jado tuhanu kise ne "dislike" dehne shuru karte harek duje teeje topic te, fer dekheyo kidhan larhayiyan honiya ethey.
I've added the Dhanwad/Bedagarak links. Have fun.
This won't end nicely! :hehe: Should learn from previous mistakes!
