Tata Motors has reported a tripling of profits in the last year.The Indian carmaker made total profits after tax for the last 12 months of 92.7bn rupees ($2bn, £1.3bn), up 260% from a year earlier, thanks to a 33% rise in revenues to 1.2tn rupees.Business at its Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) subsidiary saw a sharp turnaround, with £1.1bn in profits before tax, having hardly broken even in the 2009-10 year.The firm said it planned to expand exports by its UK subsidiary.'Exciting new products' Exports already drove a 51% jump in revenues at JLR in the last year, with developing markets such as China seeing the fastest growth.The UK share of its business dropped from 28% to 24% of sales.The firm will open its first production line for JLR in India on Friday.The jump in the UK unit's profits - flattered by the falling value of sterling - helped it pay off debts, with net debt falling by almost two-thirds to £233m. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-13558189

The word Naxal, Naxalite or Naksalvadi is a generic term used to refer to various militant Communist groups operating in different parts of India under different organizational envelopes. In the eastern states of the mainland India (Bihar, West Bengal and Orissa), they are usually known as, or refer to themselves as Maoists while in southern states like Andhra Pradesh they are known under other titles. They have been declared as a terrorist organization under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act of India (1967).[1][2][3]The term 'Naxal' derives from the name of the village Naxalbari in the state of West Bengal, India, where the movement had its origin. The Naxals are considered far-leftradical communists, supportive of Maoist political sentiment and ideology. Their origin can be traced to the split in 1967 of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), leading to the formation of the Communist Party of India (Marxist–Leninist). Initially the movement had its centre in West Bengal.  : that is messed up, seriously we are living in 21st century and there r so many other "serious" things to worry about and people are still stuck with last names :wait: .....you just tell them that you guys r lucky that ur daughter in law will be at least punjabi....i mean biologically it would made sense if your genes r clashing with his....but u guys are from different families n background....i dont know when people will come out of these small little nonsense priorities :wow:
i wish u all the luck and just make his parents realize that they can not find anybody better then you for their son...i mean these days people should care about their kids feelings and happiness...other than the last names when their kids are ready to get married :cooll:
