i like working out in the gym
did u see my video in other videos ? i have my video there working out in the gym.
i goto gym like 6 times a week
its been 1.5 years and my arms are now 16" (biceps) all natural.. i do take protein shake cuz am vegeterian i need protein to grow.

jogging and swimming is waste of time for me.
i do bit of cardioonce a while.

Is it quiet old?
The thermostat in the CPU gets heated and then the BIOS gets an signal to restart since its getting heated.
There are two ways to fix it.
Open up the laptop clean the heat sink and it should fix. OR use vaccum cleaner and suck all the  dust particles near the vents it should be fine.
It can be a faulty Windows Vista too that does it all the time.Thats the reason i Prefer Computers as in Desktops . I got about 5 fans in my machine. I recently started playing NFS HP3 the latest game on full Graphics resolution and it runs perfect.

how abt u. did u get ur car seviced?
make sure you change:
Oil
Air filter
Oil filter
and if car is approaching 50,000 KM mark make sure you ask them to Change the spark plugs to Platinum ones.
